When we need to wear diapers for any reason the amount of shame and embarrassment we can carry about it is enormous. Its a constant struggle. A constant battle. Knowing that we need a diaper change but actually breaking away to do it without feeling uncomfortable about it is a constant challenge. As open as I am about my needs I sometimes still keep it a secret around my coworkers and put off changing when i really shouldnt.
